1. UK Orders

  • Production Time: Typically 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Free on all UK orders.
  • Once your order has been produced and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, so you can follow your order’s journey on our homepage.

2. US Orders

  • US customers will automatically be directed to our US store after January 31, 2025.
  • Production Time: 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Free on all US orders.
  • Tracking will be provided as soon as the order ships.

3. International Orders (Outside UK & US) By Exception

  • Currently, we only ship within the UK and the US.
  • Orders placed outside these regions (except the US) will be canceled automatically as this falls outside of FREE SHIPPING.
  • For future international orders beyond the UK and US, please reach out to us directly for shipping rates and additional details. We will advise on the applicable shipping rates for your location.
