⭐Inadequate or excessive lighting can affect the code's contrast.
Scan under optimal light conditions to ensure successful scanning else consider holding the phone stable for at about 5 seconds.

⭐ For UK orders, shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please allow 1-3 business days for production. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 4-8 business days. A buffer is added to ensure prompt delivery.
⭐ For our US customers, our store will launch on 31st January 2025, with local US-based printing to keep shipping times short.

⭐Each item in the shop is made to order! Because of our quick turnaround times, orders go to production as soon as an order is placed!
⭐Cancellations must be requested within 1-hour of placing the order.

⭐ As all items are personalized and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an issue with your order.
⭐ Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, send us a photo, and we will resend your order at no cost.
⭐ Incorrect items: If there’s an error with your order, we will replace the incorrect item for free.
⭐ Lost packages: If your package is lost during shipping, contact us, and we will coordinate with the delivery provider. If necessary, we will resend your order.

⭐ Production typically takes 1-3 business days. Once completed, your order will be shipped.

⭐ We provide tracking numbers for all orders! You will receive a notification via email when your order is shipped. You can also check the order status on our Order Tracking page.

⭐ You can upload photos, videos, and text to create a unique product. Font and color options vary by product. Additionally, you can upload up to 30-second video memory that will be converted into a QR code for playback at any time.

⭐ We take privacy seriously. We use secure services like Firebase Storage to handle your data. Videos uploaded for QR code generation are temporarily stored and converted. For more information, view our privacy policy.
